1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the YASMAC Equipment Rental & Repairing LLC ("YASMAC") website and services. By creating an account, submitting a rental request, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts & Guest Requests

Some features (order history, wishlist, Quick List) require an account. Rental requests may also be submitted as a guest; guest requests are tracked by session/device rather than login credentials, and we recommend creating an account for full order tracking.

3. Product Listings & Availability

Equipment listed for rental or repair is subject to availability. Prices, specifications, and availability shown on the website may change without notice and are confirmed at the time your order or rental request is accepted.

4. Orders, Rentals & Payment

Placing an order or rental request through Cart/Checkout, Quick List, or a rental enquiry constitutes an offer to rent or purchase, which YASMAC may accept or decline. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and PayPal. All prices are in the currency shown for your selected country (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain).

5. Delivery, Collection & Equipment Condition

Delivery and collection windows are agreed at the time of order confirmation. Rented equipment must be returned in the condition supplied, ordinary wear and tear excepted; the customer is responsible for loss or damage beyond normal use.

6. Cancellations & Rental Requests

Cancellation terms depend on the equipment and rental period agreed at booking. You can view and track the status of submitted rental requests via the Rental Requests page.

7. Offers & Promotions

Discounts shown on the Offers page apply only to the listed products for the stated period and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, YASMAC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, equipment downtime, or use of rented equipment outside its intended purpose.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence within the GCC.
