• Order & rental information: items in your cart, wishlist, or Quick List, and details you submit through a rental request or checkout, including delivery address and preferred rental dates.
• Payment information: processed by our payment partners (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal). We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
• Usage data: pages visited, products viewed, and general device/browser information, collected via cookies (see Section 5).

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfil equipment rental and repair orders, including guest rental requests submitted without an account.
• To manage your account, order history, wishlist, and Quick List.
• To respond to enquiries submitted via Contact Us or WhatsApp.
• To send order updates and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.
• To improve our website and product catalogue through aggregated analytics.

4. Sharing Your Information

We share information only with: payment processors to complete transactions; delivery/logistics partners to fulfil rental orders; and service providers who help operate our website, under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
